Community Storehouse assists families with children in the home who live in Keller ISD, NWISD and Carroll ISD. Families seeking assistance must bring specific documents and meet with the Enrollment Coordinator to determine eligibility.

Client Enrollment

  • Documents required Current Texas driver's license or picture ID.

  • Please know Social Security numbers for all members of the house hold.

  • Current rent/lease or mortgage agreement.

  • Last 30 days of utility bills (gas, water, and electric, unless they are a part of rental payments).

  • 30 days of pay stubs for all adults (18+) in the house who worked in the last 30 days.

  • Income verification if not employed. (Unemployment)

  • Most recent tax return.

  • Any/all other income or assistance received:     Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Medicaid, SNAP Food Benefits, WIC statements
    Social Security Income (Disability, death benefits, etc.)    
    All bank statements or spending log for past 30 days. Any other documentation to substatiate a financial crisis is accepted but not required.

  • Case Management Hours are:                   Tuesday-Thursday 9:30am-4:30pm.                 No appointment necessary.

Supplemental Food Donations: Monday-Thursday:

10:00-12:30 and 1:30-4:00.

       * Upon arrival please pull into the left side of the building and park in a numbered space.

       * Once parked, please call 817-431-3340 to let us know you have arrived.

       * Once your food basket is brought to your car, please unload the basket and return to the door. 

 

      Appointments with our Enrollment Coordinator:

 

       * Please call our office, 817-431-3340, Monday-Thursday: 9:00-5:00  to schedule an appointment.

       * Appointments are available Mondays-Wednesdays-or Thursdays: 10:00-2:00 or 2:00-4:00

       * Please park out front of the building and knock on the front door. You will be expected to wear

          a mask and upon entering the building, you will need to wash your hands in the front restroom, 

          prior to your appointment time. 

 

 

      If your child is registered for our Summer Educational/Nutritional Programs:

 

        * Educational supply packets will be each Monday, July 6-27; 10:00-12:00 or 2:00-4:00

        * Upon arrival, please stay in your car and follow the map sent with your registration confirmation email. 

        * If you also require food assistance, you are welcome to pick up food at this time by:

      *   Pulling into the left side of the building and parking in a numbered space.

       * Once parked, please call 817-431-3340 to let us know you have arrived.

       * Once your food basket is brought to your car, please unload the basket and return to the door.
