Community Storehouse supported 3,126 children and 723 families in 2007. This year we project that we will help over 3,600 children and 962 families. It takes help from our community to meet the needs of local children and their families that have experienced a crisis.
- Monetary Donations – we are in need of one time as well as monthly commitments.
- Donate items for resale: clothing, household items, furniture, China/Crystal, Accessories, Jewelry, Art/Framed Pictures, Formal Gowns, Electronics in good working condition (we are unable to accept: mattresses, paint products, car seats, fish tanks, or broken items).
- Memorial gifts - commemorate a loved one by donating money to the Community Storehouse in their name, in order to help others.
- Gift assets such as stocks, bonds or real estate to Community Storehouse.
- Planned gifts in Wills and bequests may provide substantial estate-tax savings.
- Donate a car, boat or atv to Community Storehouse.
- Donate new books for the Lending Library.
- Donate items for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners.
- Donate new toys for Holiday House.
- Donate non-perishable food items and toiletries to the food pantry.
- Donate new coats and mittens
